Large furniture items are typically delivered via white-glove service, including placement in the room of your choice and removal of packaging, where available in your area.
You will receive tracking or delivery-window information as soon as your order ships.
Refund Policy
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Custom or made-to-order pieces are generally final sale once production has begun, given their bespoke nature — this will always be made clear to you before you confirm such an order.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the returned item is received and inspected.
